Before closing, a comprehensive home inspection will be conducted to ensure everything is perfect. After you move in, we will carry out a 30-day review and a 6-month check-up to address any concerns.

Our Warranty Includes:

1 Year Warranty on All Cosmetic Work and Installations: We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Any cosmetic issues related to our work or installations will be addressed within the first year of occupancy.

 

2 Year Warranty on All Mechanical Systems: Our 2-year warranty covers all mechanical systems within your home. This includes anything behind the walls and ceilings that controls the home's functions, ensuring your systems operate smoothly.

5 Year Warranty on Structural Components: We offer a 5-year warranty on all structural components, including foundations, bearing walls, and roof structures. We ensure your home's fundamental structure is built to last.

 

Concrete Exclusions: Concrete cracks are common and expected in this region. Cracks will not be covered under warranty unless there is vertical displacement of 3/8” or more. Vertical displacement typically occurs due to soil conditions causing the base to settle.
