Before closing, a comprehensive home inspection will be conducted to ensure everything is perfect. After you move in, we will carry out a 30-day review and a 6-month check-up to confirm that everything meets your standards. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Our Process
Creating your dream home is an extremely straightforward process with us. Our lines of communication will always be open, ensuring you're informed and involved every step of the way. Let's turn these blueprints into reality together. We will begin with an introductory meeting where we'll explore the available lots and review the different model types to help you find your perfect home. Once you are pre-qualified by our in-house financing or your bank, we will go through the selection sheets to customize your home to your preferences. After your selections are finalized, we will go through a pre-construction meeting, followed by a pre-drywall walkthrough, and finally a pre-settlement inspection.
Before closing, a comprehensive home inspection will be conducted to ensure everything is perfect. After you move in, we will carry out a 30-day review and a 6-month check-up.

Meeting 1: Pre-Constuction
At a pre-construction meeting, expect to review the detailed plans and timelines for your home build. This is an opportunity to finalize design choices, discuss any potential concerns, and set clear expectations for the construction process. It's also a chance to meet the team and establish open lines of communication, ensuring everyone is on the same page before construction begins.

Meeting 2: Pre-Drywall
At a pre-drywall meeting, expect to walk through your home to review the framing, electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems before they are covered up. This is your chance to ensure everything is in place according to the plan and make any final adjustments. It’s a chance to ask questions and clarify any details, making sure you're fully satisfied before we move to the final steps.

Meeting 3: Pre-Settlement
At a pre-settlement meeting, you'll review the final details of your new home, including the inspection report, warranties, and any outstanding paperwork. This is your opportunity to ask any last-minute questions and ensure all aspects are in order before closing. The goal is to confirm that everything meets your expectations, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to your new home.
